WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME OR HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE AN INQUIRY?

We recommend reaching out at least 2-3 month in advance so you can secure time on our design calendar. The earlier the better.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME OR HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?

Depending on the time of year and number of projects on our design calendar, turn around times can be 2-6 weeks. If you are needing a turn around of less than 2 weeks (14 days) your order will be subject to an additional 15% rush fee.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

We work with cardstock, wood and acrylic, but can create linen and fabric signage.

ARE YOUR PACKAGES CUSTOMIZABLE?

Absolutely! Once you choose your package and determine what items you would like created, we then start the fun stuff of choosing shapes, colors, words, sizing, and adding extras from the a la carte menu if you desire. We work with you hand in hand to create unique signage that fits your personality and elevates your day!
We also work with you to tweak the contents of the package to meet your needs. Whether it be your guest count is higher, you don’t need a seating chart or interested in the details from the a la carte menu, we will work with you to create a custom proposal.

DO YOU SHIP?

Yes, absolutely! We ship throughout the United States and World Wide. The shipping rates and fee vary by your location and the weight of your items and will be added to the final invoice.
