Due to the nature of business, all sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong item or damage at shop@satinpavement.com.

It is our goal to provide a secure online shopping experience and a high level of customer service. In an effort to accomplish this, we may collect the following information: name, mailing address, email address, and phone number when you register on our site or place an order. Access to this information will only be available to Satin Pavement employees, on a need to know bases.
Credit card information will be saved by safe external gateways, like PayPal, we do NOT collect or save any financial information.

The site does log your IP address to give us insight into which pages of our website you visit. However, your IP address is not linked to any of your personal information, unless you have registered and logged in to our website.
